What is

Floc de Gascogne?

Floc de Gascogne is a strong liqueur made by blending partially fermented wine with Armagnac brandy.

It can be made in both white and rosé forms and can be produced in any vineyard which qualifies for the Bas ArmagnacHaut Armagnac and Armagnac-Tenareze titles.

According to the Floc de Gascogne appellation laws, which were created in 1990, the grape juice and the brandy must have been produced from the same vineyard.

The complexity of Floc gives it distinctive and fascinating characteristics which allow it to compliment a wide range of foods for a tasting experience that will enchant and surprise your pallet. You will embark upon a course that takes the Floc de Gascogne out of its aperitif status to enchant your taste buds with daring and original combinations throughout a meal.
