Fruity Floc – A Delicious Summer Drink

INGREDIENTS

 500ml Floc de Gascogne Rose

 1L – 1.5L Lemonade

 Ice cubes

Chopped fruit:

Strawberries

Oranges

Lime

Cucumber

Mint leaves

Method:

Put all ingredients into a jug and serve chilled.

Gintrification

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Gin
  • 30ml Floc de Gascogne Blanc
  • 15ml Elderflower cordial or liqueur

Squeeze of fresh orange juice (5-7.5ml)

Method:

Shake all ingredients and pour over a glass of ice cubes, garnish with a sprig of lemon thyme and orange twist.

Apple Ginger Floc Cocktail

Ingredients:
For 2 glasses

4 cl White Floc of Gascony

4 cl of pure apple juice

1 teaspoon of apple jelly

1 cinnamon stick

1 teaspoon of lime zest

1cc grated fresh ginger About 15 cl of Ginger Ale (Canada Dry)

Method:

In the glass of a shaker pour the floc, apple jelly and apple juice.

With a spatula, mix these 3 ingredients so that the apple jelly is diluted, then add the zest of lime, grated ginger, cinnamon stick, some ice cubes and shaker energetically.

Filter and pour into a mixing glass. Complete with Canada Dry and serve immediately.

Cocktail Centurion

Ingredients:

To prepare a glass of this cocktail, you will need:

4 Cl White Floc de Gascogne

2 Cl Armagnac VSOP

1 Orange Peel

Sparkling Wine

Method

Put the Floc de Gascogne and Armagnac in the glass, add the sparkling wine. Finish with an orange peel.

Enjoy over a barbecue with your friends or family.

Tips

Floc de Gascogne and sparkling wine must be very fresh. This cocktail is served immediately when mixed

Floc Beauty

Ingredients

4 cl White Floc of Gascony

1.5 cl of gin 1 leaf of basil

1.5 cl of white grape juice

1.5 cl of lemon juice 4 or 5 ice cubes

This recipe won the 2012 edition of the cocktail contest organized by Floc de Gascogne

Glass: Martini glass

Decoration: 1 small leaf of basil

Method:

Pour the Floc de Gascogne blanc, Gin, basil leaf, white grape juice and fresh lemon juice into the base of your shaker. Add the ice cubes. Adjust the top of your shaker and shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds. Filter and pour over the martini glass using an ice cube strainer. Place a small leaf of basil in the glass. Your Floc Beauty is ready to be savored.

 Tip: If you do not have basil leaves you can replace this ingredient with basil syrup, 0.5 cl will suffice to make your cocktail.

Mulled Floc
de Gascogne

 

A warming & comforting drink
on a cold winter night

Ingredients:

1 x Bottle Floc de Gascogne Rose

1 x mulled wine spice bag

100 – 150 ml of Rochester Dark Ginger non-alcoholic

1 x cinnamon stick

Slice of fresh orange halved or quartered

Honey to sweeten (if preferred)

Method:

Put all ingredients into a saucepan and heat until just below boiling point.

Serve in a heatproof glass mug with hot sausage rolls and mince pies.
